Affordable Mental Health Counseling

Our caring and compassionate counselors are trained to support and guide you through life’s challenges. Stress and anxiety can wear you down, eroding your spirit, attitude, and capabilities. Coping skills get lost when you are feeling overwhelmed and disempowered. We offer counseling and mental health services to individuals, families, and couples.

From dealing with grief and loss to life transitions, such as parenthood, retirement, or illness, our caring, licensed counselors can help you find hope and healing. Our services are offered on a sliding-fee/income-based scale. We provide the same high-level care for people who have financial means and for those who are in need of low-income or free counseling services.

All our counselors are licensed professionals with additional expertise in LGBTQ and aging issues. We also have on staff bilingual, native Spanish speakers.
