Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Workshop

DBT is an evidence-based skills training program designed to assist participants in learning about mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and being able to engage with others more effectively.

DBT assists clients in stabilizing their symptoms, developing effective coping strategies, and improving all areas of functioning in a person’s life.

For more information on future DBT workshops, contact Lily Hanscom, Director of Clinical Services, or call 801-746-4334.
