Dementia Support Programs
Caregiver Support Group
Join a group where you will be understood, learn skills to help you in your role, and address self-care. Our no-cost groups are designed to provide educational, emotional, and social support to individuals caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia.
Dementia-Friendly Activity
This special class engages those living with dementia through stimulating activities, such as music, games, crafts, field trips to local attractions, laughter, and fun. Classes meet virtually and in-person. All the supplies and entrance fees are provided.
Music & Memory
Music and Memory is an innovative and effective tool providing personalized music playlists to older adults living with dementia and cognitive decline. A compassionate certified Music & Memory provider is available to bring music into the life of you or your loved one. There is a charge for this service, which can be adjusted for low-income individuals.
For more information about Caregiver Support Groups, Dementia-Friendly Activity or Music & Memory, please contact Rosemary Quatrale.

Healthy Aging Programs
Exploring Creativity
Older adults who engage in creativity have better emotional, cognitive, and physical health. In this group for adults 55+, we introduce and participate in a different form of art each month. This class is held virtually every Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 am. No art experience necessary.

The Lunch Bunch Support Group
The Lunch Bunch groups are an outreach program that meet monthly to enjoy lunch, socialization, and education. The current groups include doctors, professional men, professional women, and a gay men’s group.
Aging Support Services
Our Older Adult Services Coordinator provides outreach, in-home assessments, resource coordination, and clinical services for older adults, people with dementia, and caregivers of older adults. We can assist in care planning and provide clinical expertise and appropriate referrals to help clients improve their situations and meet the challenges in their lives.

Respite Care Assistance
The purpose of the program is to support older adults to age in place successfully; to relieve stress and emotional burden on family caregivers; and to provide access to affordable, in-home respite care to the many families who cannot otherwise afford this service.
This program is made possible by a generous grant from Cambia Health Foundation.
