  • Jewish Family Service's Mind Body Skills Group is for individuals who want to learn skills to improve physical and emotional health. The Mind Body Skills Group is open, inclusive, and non-denominational. For more information, email Amy Edwards or call 801-746-4334.

  • This FREE parenting program is for families who want to strengthen their relationships. There's a Parent Plus Alumni group that meets monthly via Zoom as well as Parent Plus Workshops, coming in 2023. For more information, call 801-746-4334.

  • Being a caregiver can be stressful. Join a group where you will be understood, learn skills to help you in your role and address self-care. Our no-cost monthly group is designed to provide educational, emotional, and social support to individuals caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia.

  • Facilitators: Rachel Winward, CSW & Katie Young, CSW

This FREE support group is offered to caregivers of people living with dementia or similar conditions, who are preparing for the loss of their loved one. During the ten-week group, caregivers can expect to see improvements in their pre-loss grief, feel better prepared for the death of their family member or friend, and practice valuable skills in self-care.
