This program is open to retail businesses located in Park City, Utah. To be eligible, businesses must be experiencing financial difficulties as a result of COVID-19 and must either be currently open and operating or able to open upon receipt of the loan.

Funding for the Perlman Relief Fund Loan Program is made possible through a generous donation from Greg and Jodi Perlman of The Change Reaction, in partnership with Jewish Family Service.

FAQS

  • Interest-free loans for small businesses (including sole proprietorships and independent contractors) currently open and operating as retail businesses in Park City (or who will be able to open upon receipt of loan)

  • Loans ranging in amounts from $5,000 - $25,000 and focused on businesses with 15 or fewer employees

  • Payment terms tailored to ability of borrower to repay

  • Ongoing business support, including restructuring of lease obligations, credit assessment and review of going forward operational plans

  • Loan payments will be deposited back into the Small Business Angel Fund for future loans to other small businesses in the community

  • Eligible businesses will be required to submit:

    • Proof of 12 months rent paid on time through current month.

    • First two pages of 2020 tax return (or most recent return on file) for individual or business

    • Info on steps taken to obtain COVID-19 disaster relief loan or other financial assistance

    • Copy of valid state-issued Driver's License or other valid government-issued photo ID
