Jewish Family Service's Writing as a Tool to Cope With Anxiety Workshop is for individuals who would like to learn how to settle swirling emotions and calm their minds with writing in a supportive environment. The Writing as a Tool to Cope With Anxiety Workshop is open, inclusive, and non-denominational.

 Writing as a Tool to Cope With Anxiety--A Creative Writing Workshop

This workshop uses writing to help recenter and calm the mind, and is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to start a writing/journaling practice.

  • $135 fee--scholarships available

Dates

  • Wednesday, May 8 - June 5
  • Meets weekly for 5 weeks, Wednesdays 5:15 - 7:15pm
  • Workshop takes place at the Jewish Family Service offices-Salt Lake City
