Who: Any parenting couple — pre-engaged, pre-marital, married, committed, partners, co-parents, guardians, primary caregivers, grandparents, empty-nesters — all are welcome. Jewish Family Service and the Parent Plus Program are open, inclusive, and non-denominational.

Format
Two workshops for Adults:
Strengthening the Couple Relationship Workshop
Based on Gottman’s 7 Principles Program
Both partners must be present
Do not need to be married
Emotion-Focused Parenting Workshop
Based on Gottman’s Emotion Focused Parenting
Helpful to have all parents present
Both workshops include:
Enrichment for Children
Activities and projects that are age appropriate
Two educators
Parents will be asked to take care of feeding and diapering
AND, Family Dinner every week (at 5:30 immediately preceeding the sessions) or Family Lunch on the consecutive Sunday sessions.
