Meet Christa and Ashley

Christa is an inspiring Esthetician and Yoga Instructor who has dedicated the past 15 years to exploring what being beautiful really means. Her practice combines four elements to keep your body in balance every day: asana (yoga practice), meditation, nutrition, and of course, phenomenal self-care.

Ashley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is passionate about delicious food and its central role in leading a happy, healthy life. Diet and nutrition are not "one-size-fits-all" so her focus is to help people build a balanced relationship with eating, tailored to their unique circumstance. With a chef for a husband and her love of food, it's safe to say that her life revolves around delicious and nourishing meals.
