Jewish Family Service's Parent Plus Program is for couples and families who want to strengthen their family relationships, in keeping with our mission of preserving families. Jewish Family Service and the Parent Plus Program are open, inclusive, and non-denominational.
It is a FREE program, including:
- Family Dinner and Childcare (ages 0-12 only )
- Relationship Strengthening Workshop for Adults
- Parenting Workshop for Adults
- Enrichment for Children
Who: Any parenting couple — pre-engaged, pre-marital, married, committed, partners, co-parents, guardians, primary caregivers, grandparents, empty-nesters — all are welcome
What: FREE program based on empirically validated research
John Gottman's Seven Principals Program format

Participants must commit to all six sessions

Both partners must be present
Do not need to be married Parenting Workshop
Based on Gottman’s Emotion Focused Parenting Program
Helpful to have all parents/primary caregivers present Both Workshops include: Enrichment for Children
Activities and projects that are age appropriate
Parents will be asked to take care of feeding and diapering
